Lawn Care Pinellas Park

We offer a wide range of lawn and landscape services from round up to palm tree maintenance.

Lawn Care Program

This is a specifically designed scheduled service that includes fertilization, broadleaf weed control and turf damaging insect control treatment for your lawn. Treatments are applied 8 times in a 12 month period. This program can be extended to 12 monthly treatments yearly if the customer desires and/or it is recommended. There is an additional Grub, Mole Cricket & Chinch Bug program that will also be applied with this program.

Landscape Care Program

This is a specifically designed scheduled service that included fertilization, broadleaf weed control and turf damaging insect control treatment for your lawn. This program also includes treating the shrubs with insecticide, fungicide and fertilizer. This program may be extended to 12 monthly treatments yearly if the customer desires and/or it is recommended. There is an additional Grub, Mole Cricket & Chinch Bug program that will also be applied with this program.

Grub, Mole Cricket & Chinch Bug Program

One time a year treatment that is applied to prevent and destroy Grubs, Mole Cricket & Chinch Bugs in your lawn. The treatment is applied only during the months of June, July, August and September when combined with one of our lawn care programs.

PH Amendment Program

An Alkalinity/Acidity treatment to balance the soils PH for better health and growth of your lawn. This will allow more efficient absorption of Nitrogen/Phosphorous, Potassium. It will also increase plant use of Macro and Minor nutrients such as Fe+, Mn+, Mg+, B+, Mo+ and Zn+.

Call Back Visits Included

Any agreements signed for a one year term will receive at no charge “in between” call backs for any reason. If you are experiencing any concern between your scheduled services, simply call our office and we will come out within 1 to 3 days for non emergency concerns.

Hydretain Root Zone Moisture Manager

This is a unique solution for proper soil & plant moisture management. (Not a wetting agent, surfactant superabsorbent polymer or plant food ingredient.)

Hydretain is a revolutionary new chemistry designed to reduce the watering requirements of plants and turf. Its patented blend of liquid humectant and hygroscopic compounds attract free water molecules from the air within the soil matrix and efficiently transfers them into the roots of plants. This simple mechanism results in healthy, vigorous, drought resistant turf, trees, shrubs, ornamental plants and agriculture.

A Totally Unique Concept in Soil Moisture Management

Hydretain is a liquid blend of organic hygroscopic and humectant components. In combination these materials create a sub-surface film which absorbs and stores moisture on plant roots and soil particle surfaces. Hydretain acts like tiny water magnets, making available to plant roots microscopic moisture that would otherwise be lost to evaporation.

Both gravity and evaporation are constantly working against you pulling moisture out of the reach of roots as it returns to the aquifer and atmosphere. These two forces combine to create the potential for total moisture loss in the soil matrix when rainfall is scarce. Left unchecked this damage can cause wilting, browning and loss of leaves, flowers, and other delicate plant structures. By the time these drought stresses become evident, much of the plants internal processes have already begun to shut down as it enters into a survival mode. It is during this time the plant becomes susceptible to opportunistic disease and pests.

Chronically Dry Soils can Become Hydrophobic (moisture-resistant)

Watering soil in this condition is wasteful as the water tends to run away through voids in the soil matrix resulting in poor soil absorption. Consequently this moisture offers little real benefit to plants and can result in surface brown spots.

As drought conditions get worse, roots stop growing when they encounter dry soil. Delicate root hairs begin to shrink, desiccate and die, leading to even more severe stresses and symptoms above the surface. Over watering to compensate can lead to fungus, algae and rot which can be equally damaging.

Moisture Manager captures and retains water vapor coming in contact with the roots forming countless reservoirs that will prove vital to plant survival when moisture levels drop out of reach of the root zone. This helps to prolong a plant’s healthy internal processes and reduces or even eliminates drought stresses that lead to disease and pests.

Persisting through several watering the cycle of vapor capture and droplet formation repeats. This ensures that your turf and plants have an uninterrupted supply of moisture. The film also travels with roots as they grow. As plants respond to changing moisture levels, they will benefit from Moisture Manager’s lasting effects.

Soil treated with Moisture Manager uses newly available water more effectively than soil in a more hydrophobic state. Instead of channeling it away, the soil permits distribution of available water, suspending it in the soil matrix and making it available to your plants.
